Adopt a Coral
Together, let’s restore coral reefs, home to 25% of marine biodiversity.
Receive your personalized adoption certificate and track your coral’s growth.

How it works ?
Your adoption allows us to remove a coral fragment from our already restored reefs.
The corals are attached to new reefs placed in degraded areas to revitalize the marine ecosystem.
1. Adopt your coral.
2. Complete our online form to personalize your adoption certificate.
3. Receive your personalized certificateby email as a printable PDF.
4. Your coral is then transplanted onto a Community Reef — a reef composed of approximately fifty adopted coral fragments. Once the reef has been deployed, you will receive an official planting certificate including its unique tracking number.
5. Watch your Community Reef grow. Follow its progress through our “Track My Reef” page, where new underwater photographs are published every 6 months, allowing you to witness the growth of your reef over time.
Reef Before / After
Coral reefs are the richest ecosystems on our planet, home to 25% of marine biodiversity, but they are among the most affected by global warming and human pressures.
If nothing is done, they risk disappearing completely by 2025 (source: IPCC).
We are All Coral Planters
Who is The Coral Planters ?
The Coral Planters is a French non-profit organization founded in 2017 and recognized as being of public interest. We work daily to preserve the ocean and its marine ecosystems through coral reef restoration, the creation of Marine Protected Areas, and public awareness.
By adopting a coral, you support our mission to protect marine ecosystems essential to life on Earth.
Together, let’s plant the corals of tomorrow!
